America Recycles Day is November 15

Since our “Celebrate Earth Day, Every Day” Clean Air Campaign launched in April, RideFinders has encouraged you to incorporate easy to do “green” habits such as recycling, biking, conserving energy and planting trees and plants into your daily life while working from home to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit. Just like “green” commuting - walking, biking and teleworking - reducing, reusing, repurposing and recycling are ways WE can make a difference and continue to celebrate Earth Day, every day. 

The Keep America Beautiful America Recycles Day is the only nationally-recognized day dedicated to promoting and celebrating recycling in the United States. Held on and around Nov. 15, America Recycles Day educates and encourages individuals on how to be more mindful of what they consume, where and how to properly recycle, and to pledge to recycle more and recycle right in their everyday lives. Join us and our friends at Keep America Beautiful and Central Virginia Waste Management Authority and pledge to reduce, reuse and recycle not only on November 15th, but every day.
