Chesapeake Chapter’s First Micro-Event in Richmond

Recently, RideFinders hosted the Chesapeake Chapter of the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) for its first micro-event in Richmond. Corey Robinson from GRTC Transit System presented an overview of its microtransit pilot program. Chapter members participated in a Q&A session with lively discussion! Afterwards, many attendees walked to Main Street Station to ride the “red lanes” on The Pulse.

Chapter members from Maryland, Roanoke, Charlottesville, and the Shenandoah Valley and attendees from the City of Richmond and the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation participated in this interactive event. Many thanks to Theresa McMullin from WCES and John O'Keeffe from RideFinders for spearheading this event!
