Draft Fiscal Year 2020 Unified Planning Work Program Available for Public Review and Comment

The Richmond Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RRTPO) has released for public review and comment the Draft Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP), which provides the annual scope of work and budget for the RRTPO. A copy of this document is available at RideFinders Commuter Store located at 1013 East Main Street in downtown Richmond. The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday excluding major holidays.

The RRTPO is a body of state, regional and local policy makers responsible for planning and allocating funds for major transportation projects in our region's future. Digital copies may be requested by calling the RRTPO at 804-323-2033. 

Written comments may be submitted until 4:00 p.m. on June 14, 2019, to the RRTPO Secretary, 9211 Forest Hill Avenue, Suite 200, Richmond, VA 23230.  Comments may also be faxed or e-mailed with “UPWP” in the subject line: (fax: 804-323-2035; e-mail: Input@planrva.org).
