Emergency Ride Home Program Revision Update

As you are certainly aware, the coronavirus pandemic has changed and continues to change the way many companies do business. Subsequently, RideFinders Emergency Ride Home Program is being revised to Reimbursement Only and illness/fever is not a covered emergency. Effective immediately, RideFinders no longer offers taxi service provided through our previously exclusive partnership of over 10 years with Napoleon Taxi.  Sadly and unfortunately, Napoleon Taxi was forced to close down unexpectedly due to the impact of COVID-19.

We are pleased to continue to provide a level of emergency ride home service with the following transportation options and criteria: eligible program participants may select a taxi service of their choice, Uber, Lyft,  rental car, or train.  Clear copies of all receipts must be submitted to RideFinders for reimbursement and all usage is subject to verification by a supervisor. Please allow 14 days from receipt for the reimbursement process. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.
