Meet Ms Jackie, a dedicated James Center employee who relies on GRTC transit daily. Recently, she tried out the new Microtransit Link 201 Azalea Zone, making her way to the Food Lion at Brookhill Azalea Shopping. 
With the help of Brigitte Tanner Carter, our Account Executive, she completed her application for GRTC’s CARE service. From fixed routes to microtransit to specialized transportation, GRTC services enhance Ms. Jackie's quality of life. She's grateful for our support in assisting her with her mobility options.
