Teleworking means working away from a central workplace, either at home or another alternate work location, all or part of the week. Telework is a business-friendly strategy that helps business continuity in the face of bad weather, a pandemic or other crisis situations, improve employee productivity, manage traffic congestion by removing vehicles from roadways and an enhance quality of life with work-life balance.
During these unique pandemic circumstances, we are adjusting our strategies to best support our clients, vendors and customers during these changing times - focusing on outreach through our website, social media platforms and other digital platforms, setting up virtual meetings via Zoom or Skype and providing information from trusted health sources. We are experiencing first hand during this time how important technology is to work and effectively communicate with not only your customers and clients, but your co-workers and management. As more businesses implement telework policies during these changing times, we want to support your efforts to help your employees work remotely.
It is our hope that we can help you navigate business operations during these times when the Governor has directed employers to allow their employees to telework when possible. For those that must commute, we are still a resource that will help employees get to work as safely as possible.
