The Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT) hereby announces its fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024 goal of 7.8% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contracts. The proposed goal and rationale are available for inspection between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, at 600 East Main Street, Suite 2102, Richmond, VA 23219 for 30 days from the date of this publication.
