Vanpool riders are needed for Newport News to downtown Richmond route. The van departs the Target at Yoder Shopping Center at 6 am traveling to downtown Richmond by approximately 7am. There are stops at 14th and Broad, Office of Attorney General, 9th and Broad, Altria, Department of Forensic Science. The van departs Richmond at approximately 4 p.m.
