Vanpool riders are needed for the Newport News to downtown Richmond route. The vanpool originates at Yoder Plaza at 6:15am and arrives in downtown Richmond between 7:15 and 7:20am. The van stops at City Hall, VDOT, Governor & Bank Street and 8th & Franklin Street.
